APRIL Urges EPN to Ensure Accuracy Prior to Publication

On 5 July 2023, the Environmental Paper Network falsely stated in a story published on its website that APRIL has a supplier relationship with PT Mayawana Persada, based in Borneo.  We have written to EPN to request that this be corrected. APRIL does not currently, nor has it had previously, a supply relationship with PT Mayawana Persada.

APRIL’s suppliers, including maps of their locations, assessments conducted and other pertinent information, are publicly available on APRIL Sustainability Dashboard. In the spirit of fair, responsible and transparent reporting, we urge EPN to validate their claims and ensure their accuracy prior to publication.

EPN has since corrected this statement on July 11, 2023.
