Sixth Stakeholder Advisory Committee (SAC) Meeting Report
Members of the Stakeholder Advisory Committee (SAC) met for the sixth time on 12 to 15 January 2016 to review progress on APRIL’s Sustainable Forest Management Policy (SFMP) 2.0.

The meeting covered updates on SAC membership, the status of APRIL’s actions on the Committee’s previous recommendations, and updates on fire management and prevention and peatland management. The agenda also included meetings with the local communities during a field visit to Pulau Padang, and also with local NGOs.
